Salman doesn’t want Arbaaz to direct 'Dabangg' sequel :

Salman Khan seems to be in two minds about Arbaaz directing ‘Dabangg’ sequel. Or he has worries about his brother’s filmmaking skills; That could be the reason why he is sending fillers to Abhinav Kashyap to hold the project for the second time too.



Salman adds, “It was Abhinav’s decision to opt out of the sequel for the reasons best known to him. No sooner did Abhinav move out than I called him to give a second thought to his decision. However, he chose to be away from the film.”



Salman is trying his best to bring Abhinav on board for the sequel after all he can’t take a risk post the super success of Dabangg.

What went wrong? According to the reports, Abhinav charged an very high amount for the sequel which was unacceptable by the Khans. Subsequently, Abhinav got tempted to big offers from other productions houses including a film from SRK’s banner and Shri. Ashtavinayak films. Abhinav a creative at heart was not interested in directing the sequel. It is also heard that Arbaaz’s interference also was one of the reasons of Abhinav withdrawing though Salman tried to pursue Abhinav. The relations between Abhinav and Khan family had already stressed.
